Thank God for this era of healing because I think we all can use a little TLC. We are getting into all things healing, so that we can return to our truest and highest selves.

Bless Roxwell is a life student of this work and holds a Master's Degree in Mental Health and Wellness Counseling from New York University. Through meditation, coaching and Reiki, Bless helps us all heal from our wounds and step into expansion.

In Bless's conversation, she shares how overtime, we have become fractured and turned into a lesser version of ourselves. She helps us step back into our truest and most authentic parts of ourselves by healing and even revisiting the past, so that we can heal for our future.
